To maximize your enjoyment of the apartment, we kindly ask that you consider the following:

Smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment to ensure all guests can enjoy a fresh and comfortable environment. A peaceful atmosphere is very important to us, so we kindly request that you respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

If any damage occurs, we will charge for the repair costs or the value of the broken item.

Final cleaning is a crucial part of the apartment’s maintenance, so if cleaning is not done, we will charge a fee of €90.
